We have heard a lot about Mobile First Indexing, google always try to improve the search results, After monitoring the search result analysis, It analyse most of search queries are coming from mobile devices. That’s why Mobile first Indexing is the better option to implement.

There are lot of things to discuss about Mobile indexing, Google will dominating use the content of mobile version for indexing and ranking. At prior indexing google preferred desktop version for indexing.

What is mobile First Indexing?

It simply define the terms like, Google will check your website first at mobile version, Now it is the initial step to crawl and index the website for search results. Analytics can help you to find most of the traffic are coming from smartphones. Majorly Customers are live all the time at your mobiles, so you have a great chance to increase revenue.

Structured Data – Keep same structured data both version of websites.

Metadata – Ensure Title tag, description tag has the same content at both versions.

Social Metadata – Social Media tags should be included at mobile and desktop versions.

Canonical – make sure Canonical url at mobile and desktop versions

Check website speed at pingdom and gtmetrix, to find out what we need to optimize in the website to good rank.
